Note: All the MetroPCS payment options require some time to process the transaction. Further, there are some fixed charges the customers should pay.

Metro PCS Pay Bill as Guest

The Metro PCS Pay Bill as Guest is ideal for a quick one-time payment. No account is required, just the customer’s METRO by T Mobile Phone Number is needed. Users can use their Debit or Credit cards for this Express payment system.

Auto Pay

Autopay can be enabled by visiting a nearby Metro by T-Mobile store, logging into my account section, or calling customer care.

Auto-Pay allows customers to set up their accounts to be automatically charged each month for their bills, eliminating the need for manual payments and reducing late fees.

It is similar to auto-renew, which automatically pay MetroPCS phone bill online through your assigned debit or credit card. Further, It must be noted that there are no extra charges on Auto-Pay.


MetroPCS Payment in-Store

Visit the nearby Metro store for the bill payment. The processing fee is $5.00 and it takes around 2 hours to process. In case, the store is closed, get a prepaid Visa, AMEX gift card, or Master Card and pay online.

This is a great option for customers who prefer to make payments in person and receive instant confirmation of their payment.


Pay Metro PCS Bill by Phone

Simply, Dial *611 or Metro customer care (888-863-8768) from your phone to pay the Metro bill. The cost to pay the MetroPCS bill by phone is not free but only $5 and the payment is processed immediately.

Note: Other than the processing fee there may be fees associated with using the credit or debit card. Be sure to review any fees or charges through your Bank and the official Metro by T-Mobile website before making your payment.


Payment by Check
